Payment Options
Online Payments
Jacksonville University accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for tuition, fees, room, board, tuition payment plan, and other related expenses. A 2.75% convenience fee will be assessed on all credit/debit card transactions. You also have the option to submit an electronic check payment for a flat rate of $1.75 per transaction.
Tuition Payments
To make a tuition or a tuition-related fee payment via the MyJU portal, follow the steps listed below.
- Log in to your MYJU portal.
- Click Self Service in the top right corner, then click student finance.
- View your account balance and make a payment by clicking on the "Make a Payment" link.
If you do not have access to MYJU or WebAdvisor but would like to make an electronic payment, please use this online tool.
Other Fees & Payments
To make a non tuition-related payment follow the steps listed below.
- Access the online payment portal. If you receive an error message when using Chrome, please try another browser.
- Select Education Payments > Florida > Jacksonville University > Online Payments.
- Select your "Payment Type".
- Click Make a Payment.
Spring Payment Plans
To set up a payment plan, follow the steps below. Each new payment plan costs $75, which will be required at the time of application. The first month's payment is due at the time of payment plan enrollment.
- Visit the ACI website.
- Select "Florida" for State.
- Select "Jacksonville University" for Payment Entity.
- Select "Tuition and Fees" for Plan Group.
- Select Continue and enter your JU ID & last name.

* The 2-month payment plan is only available for the second graduate & professional studies 8-week term.
Mailing A Check
You may pay by sending the University a check by mail. There is no additional fee to pay this way. Please include your student’s name and student # on the ‘memo’ line of the check and mail to:

A service charge between the minimum of $25 and up to five percent of the face value of the check will be assessed by the University to the student’s account for any check returned by the bank, including those “drawn on uncollected deposits.” Checks returned for insufficient funds must be redeemed with cash or a cashier’s check promptly in order to avoid legal action or administrative dismissal of the student from the University. The University reserves the right to require payment by means other than check if an item is returned for any reason.
International Payments
Jacksonville University accepts international forms of credit card payments. Credit cards must have a VI (VISA), MC (MasterCard), DS (Discover), or AE (American Express) logo on the card. E-check and debit card payments are not accepted. Please be sure the billing address entered matches that associated with the card. If you are paying from a bank account please follow instructions to send a payment via bank wire. Bank wire instructions can be obtained by calling Student Accounts at (904) 256-7080.
Jacksonville University also partners with Flywire to accept international payments.
