Important Dates & Deadlines

When is payment due?

The payment deadlines for each semester are:

  • Fall: July 1 (For payment plans, 1st payment is due July 1.)
  • Winter: December 1 (For payment plans, 1st payment is due December 1.)
  • Spring: December 1 (For payment plans, 1st payment is due December 1.)
  • Summer: May 1 (For payment plans, 1st payment is due May 1.)

If you register for additional classes during the semester, payment of tuition cost is due immediately.

If you register for classes after the payment deadline, payment is due immediately.

What happens if my account is past due?

Past due balances should be paid in full as soon as possible. Failure to make payments on time will prevent access to class registration. A late fee may also be assessed if the balance remains unresolved.

Registration and class start dates are available from the Registrar.

Fall Semester

  • June 1: Applications for payment plans open.
  • July 1: Deadline to pay full balance or apply for a payment plan. 1st Payment on plan is due
  • July 15:
    • Notify financial aid of any outside scholarships you are receiving for the Fall term.
    • Notify Student Accounts at studentaccounts@bestcookingbooks.com if you have:
      • A sponsorship that will pay all or a portion of your Fall bill such as Vocational Rehabilitation, Corporate sponsorship, reciprocal state grant, etc.
      • Florida pre-paid; please complete the transfer form and send to Florida Prepaid.

    • If you plan to use VA benefits or assign dependent VA benefits to your child, email veterans@bestcookingbooks.com.
  • July 31: A late fee of $150 will be charged for any outstanding balance on your account. Additional late fees will be charged on the last day of each subsequent month in which there is an outstanding balance on your account.

Winter Semester

  • November 1: Applications for payment plans open.
  • November 15:
    • Notify financial aid of any outside scholarships you are receiving for the Winter term.
    • Notify Student Accounts at studentaccounts@bestcookingbooks.com if you have:
      • A sponsorship that will pay all or a portion of your Winter bill such as Vocational Rehabilitation, Corporate sponsorship, reciprocal state grant, etc.
